The Zones

Every employee should have the necessary competence to perform their work in a professional and safe manner. This year the Safety in Action Show will introduce three new dedicated safety zones –

Major Projects Zone

Effective safety procedures begin with planning. This zone will feature Major Projects that invest in safety planning in a very early stage to identify potential hazards, develop procedures and implement corrective actions that will prevent injuries. Engage in a great variety of case studies, see how others implemented effective safety planning techniques and get more knowledge on how to invest in safety planning yourself.

Mental Health & Wellbeing

With almost half of all Australians experiencing mental health concerns during their peak working life, it has never been more important for organisations to know how to support their employees. Being a hot topic and a concern that continues to grow, Safety in Action will tap into some great case studies of organisations that successfully adapted a mental health & wellbeing program. Get your questions answered and find out how you can achieve a mentally healthy workplace for your employees.

Innovations

Safety innovation is becoming an increasingly important component of workplace safety management. Innovation pushes our industry forward and whether it’s in processes, technology or approaches to people, innovation helps to solve ongoing safety problems and ensures our employees go home safely every day. Safety in Action will highlight the latest innovative health & safety products and services that can help your company moving forward in your safety approach!
