National Workplace Legislation:
This presentation will focus on the National Work Health and Safety Legislation. It will look at why the legislation is changing, a summary of the new model Work Health and Safety Act and its key provisions, key issues for NSW and what to expect in the lead up to the implementation date of 1 January 2012.
