Attendees have a unquie opportunity to keep abreast of the latest information for the Australian safety industry by learning from the experts.

Keynote addresses from industry experts included:

Professor Niki Ellis, CEO Institute for Safety, Compensation & Recovery Research

Ian Forsyth, Deputy Chief Executive, WorkSafe Victoria

There was also be a fascinating session on lessons learned and a panel discussion providing invaluable insight into the Gulf of Mexico oil spill, the Montara oil spill and the Airbus A380 engine failure feauturing Professor Andrew Hopkins, Professor of Sociology, Australian National University, Jane Cutler of NOPSA and Martin Dolan of Australian Transport Safety Bureau.

There is also a range of networking events that are hosted during the conference including the Safety In Action Conference Dinner, Opening Breakfast and Dr Eric Wigglesworth AM Memorial Lecture.
